Olde School Title Services is a new name to the Title Industry; however, we have a staff that has over 20 years of experience in the Title business providing both personal and professional service on a daily basis.

At Olde School, we provide our clients with a variety of title services including Commercial/Residential/Foreclosure/Co-Op and Business Searches, obtain payoffs, Final Water and Sewer Readings, obtain and/or clear Superior Court judgment searches and Child support judgments, prepare HUD-1 settlement statements and disburse funds, receive Bank packages and coordinate all steps to the final closing date. On closing day we will provide one of our licensed Title Officers to attend the closing at the location of your choice, either home or office. We notarize and record all documents and provide secretarial services. Appraisal referral service is upon request.

In 1926 C. Walter Searle placed a sign in his Franklin Avenue window and founded the Searle Insurance Agency. That sign would come to symbolize over 80 years and 3 generations of distinguished service to his clients and his community.

In 1956 C. William Searle joined the firm and continued to proide the high quality of customer service and strong traditions designed by his father more than forty years.
