In 1982 Montclair Radiology established the first Magnetic Resonance Imaging center in New Jersey (one of the first clinical units in the country). Montclair Radiology has, by far, the greatest experience in performing and interpreting MRIs in the State, perhaps in the Nation.

Continuing in its pioneering role, Montclair Radiology was the first MRI facility in northern New Jersey to offer advanced open-air MRI technology that produces high-resolution images.
