Dr. Scarpelli is a health care professional who focuses on diagnosis, treatment and prevention of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, with special emphasis on the spine, under the hypothesis that these disorders affect general health via the nervous system.

Chiropractic treatment emphasizes manual therapy including spinal manipulation and other joint and soft-tissue manipulation, and includes exercises and health and lifestyle counseling.

Many patients present with chronic pain and have already tried a variety of over the counter and prescriptive items to little avail. We recognize the need to relieve pain and rely on the decompression therapy itself as the most proficient manner to accomplish this.
