Founded in 1921, Zinicola Baking Company is now a third generation, family owned and operated Italian Bread Bakery. Brothers, John, George & Bill Zinicola specialize in making delicious breads in many varieties with only pure ingredients, free of any additives, and sugar. Our selections include Italian dinner bread, rolls, sliced bread, and whole wheat. We supply restaurants, delis, pizza shops, convenience stores, groceries, caterers, and supermarkets within Essex, Bergen and Passaic Counties. The bakery and retail store, located at 127 King Street off Union Avenue at the Nutley/Belleville border, are open 7 days a week.
